DrowKaki

Drowkaki was finally upgraded to Poteto 5.1 then to Wax Poteto. A much needed upgrade after so many years without change and with all these bugs plaguing us. We had to trash our custom MODS but it seem that wax poteto include some of the stuff we had. Avatar(go in your profile) and picture uploading. It also come with some new features as well. The most important one is to be able to re-touch everything, including SHI-PAINTER pictures , non animated oekaki and uploaded stuff. I'm sorry we didn't do this upgrade sooner. Now the board is pretty much lifeless, but i hope now that approving new accountsl became optional, that some life will return around here on this fantasy-only oekaki board.

I like the sadistic smile. I can imagine a lot of amusing things for a soul eater to do. I really like the shading on the mask, and the red glow effect. I've never been good with doing solid shading myself.

The shading on the skin is really fantastic. I can't shade like that, but you captured the shadows and light really well. Think maybe a little more dark tones in the hair would have been a nice touch. I really like the shading on the sleeve too~ It really pops.

Your art is always so wild! I dig this. The colours of the dress are like some old 60s retro clothing, something I saw my mother-in-law wearing once. The eyes freak me out a bit though.

This is an interesting pose. Is she chained at the wrists? Like the shadowing, especially in the torso where it looks like you can kinda see the outline of her ribs. Sad about the wings. Poor thing.

Thanks guys. :D But no, I know what you mean yuki; I used to do solid shading and when I switched to watercolours my lineart style diddn't really go with it. I plan on doing some experimenting in that area though, so we'll see where it all goes.

Looks promising so far!

Keiroko - fantasy only. You don't have to draw drow elves, but it must be fantasy. You can throw in a slight touch of sci-fi into an image so long as it's mostly fantasy (i.e. you could have an elf riding a dragon, but he has a gun, or suchlike).
