Drowkaki was finally upgraded to Poteto 5.1 then to Wax Poteto. A much needed upgrade after so many years without change and with all these bugs plaguing us. We had to trash our custom MODS but it seem that wax poteto include some of the stuff we had. Avatar(go in your profile) and picture uploading. It also come with some new features as well. The most important one is to be able to re-touch everything, including SHI-PAINTER pictures , non animated oekaki and uploaded stuff. I'm sorry we didn't do this upgrade sooner. Now the board is pretty much lifeless, but i hope now that approving new accountsl became optional, that some life will return around here on this fantasy-only oekaki board.

ok~ It's done now. I had to readjust one of her eyes, because I realized it was not in the right position. Ack.. that's hard to do once you've already colored some. But yep, that's it. It's one of my characters.

Pretty! Her eyes are so captivating! Her lips are cute too, and her hair, it's all pretty! The shading is nice too, and such a cuuute nose she has!

The Blue Sorceress @ Sunday, June 12th 2005, 5:43 PM
This is really great. One suggestion before you're finished is to give her more eyelashes on her upper eyelid, especially toward the outside on the right eye. Just a few lashes on the lower lid works well, but on the upper lid there should be more. Anyway, you're doing a fantastic job. I love the eyes in particular.

AnimeCanuck @ Monday, June 13th 2005, 1:43 PM
Very nice so far. I love the detail of the eyes and lips. Are you going to go over the hair with some airbrushes?

Safety Save! Will finish lineart in a little... when my hand stops throbbing. x_x

Psychoferret @ Saturday, June 4th 2005, 3:05 AM
finally done! Whew. My hand hurts. He was gonna have clothes, but then I got lazy and decided I didn't want to do any more lineart. c_c

Right. So... the reason he has the tattoos is because he's part of this race of elves I made up. They're called the Krishna, and the sign of being one is the marking... and the funky ear. ^^ Anyway, they're created by mankind, formed from magic... they control the most powerful of magic. They're just tools for war. ^^ The reason he's look up like that is, well... remember in Lord of the rings when it shows the Uruk-Hai being "born" from the muck? It's bascially like that, only from magical means instead of muckiness. Woot.

I am especially proud of the way this one came out (save the background. Mental Note: Do background before starting actual coloring) The blue highlighting is supposed to be from the light int eh background, but... yeah. There are definetly things wrong with this (like him not having part of his knee... doh!), but I still like it. So far, my best oekaki.

Arisu @ Saturday, June 4th 2005, 11:41 AM
Hehe, wonderful expression. He looks so determined!

Renmazuo @ Saturday, June 4th 2005, 5:43 PM
Your hand was throbbingO_O;;Wow!
I agree, the expression is really making him look determined, and the pose sort of reminds me of old greek statues...The coloring, execially on his skin is really soft and luminous(is it a wordO_O?)

The Blue Sorceress @ Saturday, June 4th 2005, 10:45 PM
The anatomy on this fellow is very nice. I like the blue highlights on his skin and in his hair, it's very interesting. As others have said, his expression is very determined. Good job.

Little Elf @ Saturday, June 11th 2005, 10:09 PM
Nice! I'm in love with his hands. They're pretty! =3 I also love his hair. His anatomy is a bit off, but nohting serious, so the pic still looks good. I'm also in love with his tattoos. They're sexy! XD Oh, and the shading is great!

Prismatic @ Wednesday, June 15th 2005, 5:10 PM
What a neat concept for a race of elves. I love it when people make up new races, or extentsions of pre-existing ones anyhow.
This is defintatly one of your best. I really do like his pose. And his hands! His fingers look really good.~~ I think it'd be neat if you added some definition to him having toes too. The markings on his body are really pretty. And the magic~ in the background is neat~~

I really like this. A lot. The character is superbly colored and drawn and the background is very, very spiffy. I heart the little glowing lights.

Totenmaske @ Saturday, June 4th 2005, 1:15 AM
Welcome to Drowkaki Arisu! For a post that took an hour you really show a lot of familiarity with the application ? resulting in a very impressive first post on the board even due to the fact of a time constraint. You truly put in a lot of interesting details and techniques when creating this visually pleasing image. Before I continue with the comment, please make sure you comment on five fellow Drowkaki members? images on the board with each new post (three is the minimum but I prefer five ? with key points of what you like and don?t like about an image ? to help others refine their talent *well this is what I would like to see, but I can?t demand too much*).

But anyway onto the comment, I really love the way you brought everything together ? the colouring to create a wonderful base for the later details that would be the face and hair was a nice touch ? creating a sense of lineless character rendering, though I kind of liked the pigtails originally planned in the animation to be truthful. The way you had brought out the hair and then the eyes was very well done, such smooth line art. The little suggestion of a nose then indication of the lips was very nicely done, with the colour variation to create shadows upon the face before moving on to the body (and after readjusting the width) was very impressive.

There are a little rough areas, many I feel are the result of your urge to finish up the image before you lost time on the computer for today, when you finished the character design you did not clean up a few of the colour bleeding in the hair or on the face slightly ? though really the more I look at it, it seems it just needs a slight smoothing over to rectify this issue. The lighting though in this image is just fantastic ? especially the fact that you took the time to flatten the background and line art to the lower layer then paint the top layer with a faint darkness erasing the segments that would bring out the sense of lighting to the scene.

The fact that you add such a luminous glow when you did the tree was just a wonderful touch ? and treat to the eye really, driving forth the sense of a moon just out of sight in the scene. The faerie lights were very well done btw, I really like the way they wraps around this character. The light playing upon the eyes is just a wonderful touch. Really you brought out just about all the details you could in the time you gave yourself ? and masterfully so ? I like the highlights in the hair ? very soft, and the silver of the collar reflecting light just so is very good. The facial expression is very well detached ? as if the character you are depicting is devoid of emotion; thus the name of the piece ?soultaker? does fit.

Excellent work, I look forward to more of your posts on the board and hope you enjoy posting with us! Remember to comment on other works!

I love the darkness of this picture, and the multiple shades you used to set the tone. I'm especially fond of the leaves on the tree.
You did a really nice job on the subjects face. The expression is really nice, and I really like the way their hair falls. The use of browns for the lineart gave it a nice softer feeling. I like the small bit of light in the picture too~

[View Animation]
The Blue Sorceress @ Wednesday, June 1st 2005, 12:37 AM
Finished! Hale\\\'s birdy friend is his a celestial companion granted to members of his knightly order by his goddess. Part of her symbol is a golden-colored raven with bright blue eyes, thus Hale has this unusual looking raven joining him on quests and what not.

*I went back and added some texture to the bird's feathers and feet as well as his beak to make him a little more 3D. I tried to get the feet to have a 'pebbly' look. I'm always amazed how much a bird's feet remind me of a dinosaur's scales.

Toten: Last time I checked no bright golden ravens with blue eyes existed anywhere but in my head, and that critter on the guy\'s shoulder isn\'t a canary. Likewise, the last guy had bright red eyes and horns, also not things you\'re going to see in nature. I realize I didn\'t add in a large background, but I was purposefully doing a series of portraits of some characters of mine. No, none of them have grossly obvious fantasy elements, nor does their world, but fantasy doesn\'t mean elf ears or dragons or even a vastly different world. I\'m also curious as to why you chose to single me out, since at least two recent posts wouldn\'t be \"fantasy\" in the way you define it without the text of the comment post that goes along with it. How are my pictures less \'fantasy\' than those others?

I don\'t think you\'re being rude, but I am a little curious as to why, if by the standards you\'ve set, my pictures don\'t fit in the genre of fantasy, why other pictures that don\'t fit those standards haven\'t recieved similar comments.

(Edited on June 5, 2005, 4:15 am)

Totenmaske @ Wednesday, June 1st 2005, 1:41 AM
When I originally made my first comment I was pointing out the fact that the close-up effect of the canvas centering upon the character?s facial characteristics did not truly bring out the details of fantasy in your images ? consigning your work to such a limited view does this. And technically you did not mention that it would be a golden raven ? if you did I apologize. Now that it is finished and the bird is a golden raven it is fantasy. I personally don?t believe fantasy is limited to elves, faeries, etc ? to limit oneself to such a concept would to deprive you of taking a chance in creativity. That being said I tend to point out these type of issues when an image falls into the category of not being ?fantasy? to some extents I request that something is added to an image to make it so. These rules are not something I concocted ? though maybe I could have if I took the right amount of illegal substances while I was eating breakfast long ago? I recently returned to the board, and when I get to the images that do not ?fall under fantasy? I will comment upon them in such a manner. I don?t normally single people out (stalking situations are excluded in this remark) your image was the first I got to comment upon, since returning to the board and after going through view pending.

The fact of the matter is, if the image has issues I will point them out ? be it thematically questionable or otherwise. That being said the way you concentrate your portraits so close tends to bug me because really portraits can show more; the details of the clothing they are wearing, the look of their hair, what kind of ears they have (if you really want to go the elf route), or the environment they reside in. That being said ? time to move on to the actual comment on this image that you have presented to us:

To be truthful I really love how you have added such nice details to your character Hale?s face ? the stubble was a really nice touch and the shadows along the left side of the face (right on the canvas) really bring out a nice sense of lighting. I think if you used a little smoother line work for the details of the face though could add to the image. The hair is nice in the way you captured the sense of individual hairs ? you could have added highlights to help pick up the sense of lighting in the image but it still seems very suitable.

The issue I do have though with the image is the look of the raven; personally it would have been interesting to see individual feathers or some sense of texturing. The beak seems to need something; maybe if you added a sense of shadows playing upon it would help in the sense of added a sense of depth to that portion of the image. I think that is the only other partial issue I truly have with the image, the raven just seems to be flat compared to the details you put into Hale?s face ? this could be the fact that the raven is a celestial being ? and you were showing this by creating the sense that it glows with an inner light.

The background of the image is interesting, simply because of the nice mixture of colours we have going on. It almost appears to be a cyclone of fire. Overall the image is very pleasing ? though like I have said above, it just seems to be limited by such a close confined area.

I have included my original comment below.

(Original Comment below)
I really hate to say this Blue, but recently your work seems to concentrate upon close-ups of a character. It really doesn't seem to delve into capturing a fantasy aspect to the overall image in the end. I personally would like to know how this is fantasy. Maybe if we saw more of the character as well as the setting I would understand. I don't mean to be rude, because I do like the way you are concentrating on the facial detailing in your work. I just feel you need to pull the 'camera' back a little if you know what I mean? Bring details of the world where these characters reside.

The Blue Sorceress @ Friday, June 3rd 2005, 6:07 PM
Right-o. Sorry if I sounded snappish myself. I probably focus on faces more than other stuff simply because I'm more comfortable using my mouse to draw them since I've been working on them with pencil and paper for a while and have gotten things down fairly well. I'm still hacking out the rest of the humanoid anatomy. Partly i also like to get the small details of a face into a picture without using an enourmous canvas. You're right that the hair could use some highlighing... I must have forgotten that. And the bird does need more work on the beak area. Feather details are much harder though... I'll work on it. That's one of the thing I like about Oekaki... you can alter your image to improve it much more easily than you can a drawing with colored pencils (my usual medium of choice) . Anyway, my next picture will have more of the character's body in it.

Prismatic @ Wednesday, June 15th 2005, 5:01 PM
The bird is quiet lovely. I'm glad you went in and added more details to it. You somehow even captured a look of I don't know.. maybe adoration on its face. I suppose celestial creatures are supposed to be intelligent and this one definalty hints at such. I especially love its little feet. Sooo cute.
I like the angle in which you composed the guys face. I usually am not good at such angles, the nose always throws me off. But you did a really good job on his nose. And his facial hair is fantastic~ As well as his hair for that matter. Nice choice for his skintone as well. Oh! And the colorful background is really pretty~

Harlequin @ Saturday, June 4th 2005, 7:52 PM
Yeah, I use black watercolor for my lines, with opacity generally at the default for one pixel, 241, though sometimes I do use 245. Suprisingly that little difference in number makes a pretty drastic one when you're working.

Yep, another member of the knightly order that Hale and Riza belong too. Elaiyne here is doing a little nighttime reading. She's wearing her badge of rank over her left breast. It's a little hard to tell because of the glare from her little light, but she's a Third Sword, which means she's not very highly ranked and not one of the order's better combatants. However, she's also a member of another order of bards ands mages dedicated to the same goddess, so she's nothing to sneeze at during a fight.

Riza\'s is a half-elf and a member of the same order as Hale. Her hair\'s not usually this long. One of the handy things aout having a friend that\'s a mage is she can play around with things like hair-length and color for fun.

Currently she's in the order's communal bath, probably getting ready for a long soak in the nice hot water, since she has her tunic untucked and has ditched her tabard and insignia.

And you have 1px watercolor lines to boot. That stuff is majorly time consuming. So Kudos for that as well. Nice detailed tiling. It's always hard for me to get the perspective on things like tiles just right. You did a nice job with that though. And it looks like you shaded almost every square individually. That's crazy. Way to go. o_o;

The Blue Sorceress @ Wednesday, June 8th 2005, 10:08 AM
Arisu: I only shaded the tiles in the foreground indivitdually. The ones in the back were just too small. I don\'t know when I started watercoloring with a 1x brush for hait, I just found it got a look closer to what I do when I\'m working with colored pencils. It is time consuming, but it\'s worth the effort, I think. I had one picture here, before the boards got messed up, that turned out even better in that department. Thanks a ton! ^________^

Dang!! I love the details with the tiles! The tiles are awesome! I like the tiles. And I like the red-head chick too, because she's a red-head. We must populate the world with more red-heads! We're dying! *cough* I love the way you color, so spiffy. the detail on her hair is very very niffty. I like very much.

Little Elf @ Saturday, June 11th 2005, 10:12 PM
Do is see water? XD It looks very nice. I think her hair shouldn't be so straight falling over her arm. It's very detailed though. The tiles ARE nicely done, and yes, I love her red hair. XD I'm a sucker for redheads. Her shirt is pretty too, and the border is nice.

Ok I think I was just 2 minutes off... Ok so here's the deal.... I didn't have my computer for 2 to 3 months including my tablet and other computer accessories, I no longer have a desk to put a computer on, my room's chaotic, but isn't everyone's? and I've been panicing because of AP testing. BUT that's all over now...sort of. I now have everything to my computer, AP testing's over (YES) and I'll be getting an awesome computer desk tomorrow.

darkrose @ Thursday, May 12th 2005, 5:35 PM
For some reason I really adore the shading on those wings... the red outline over the heavily shaded color underneath gives it a really nifty effect. The black lines around the skin tone really stand out though, and clash with the style of the rest of the picture, but still the anatomy is beautifully done and the hand actually looks really good. Overall this is a really great picture, way to keep up the massive improvement!

mazilwolf @ Friday, May 20th 2005, 11:49 AM

such a beautiful picture for so few comments... (and I really shouldn't be commenting now, am massively busy, but it was just too pretty to pass up <{^.-}>) So the flow of the hair is really lovely, the sense of movement is really good. You've done so much with so little here, it is truly amazing, the color scheme lends itself well to the picture, the outfit design is fantastic (mind if I borrow? hehee) and her expression is calm but content. I just love all the little details you've put in here... I always say that if you're worried about how something will turn out just do a lot of detail work and it is automatically improved. Her hands seem a little too small, but their structure is nice and believeable, particularly her left hand holding her hair. Anyways, really excellent work, and now I slink back to my hole to continue the relentless packing of the movingness...

Tigerhawk @ Friday, May 13th 2005, 12:25 AM
Kawaii! Love the color tempo here in this picture and the hair is super spiffy! I really like the outfit design. Very creative and new. Her eyes are absolutly gorgous and how you placed her hands gives the picture a really pleasent feeling.

Little Elf @ Friday, May 13th 2005, 7:20 AM
Wow...she had a LOT of hair. That said, I really like this. The dress is very pretty. The braided(?) strands of her sleevs are very nice, and look really neat. Those earrings are super cute, and the ribbon i her hair looks like, as does that little ribbon choker. I love her eyes, they're such a pretty brown. I think her dress could use some more folds, so we'd be able to tell it was moving, unless it's form fitting, then nevermind. XD Her hair is really nice. The independent strands, and just they way it's drawn is really good. I luv Drowkaki too! =D

The Blue Sorceress @ Wednesday, June 1st 2005, 11:29 PM
Well, I think it's a shame you won't be coming back, whatever your reasons. This looks like it will be a good picture once you add color. The details of the face of the panther in the foreground are interesting to me because they bring out the cat in his nature and tone down the humanoid, something I rarely see in anthropomorphic characters. Kudos to you.

Totenmaske @ Thursday, June 2nd 2005, 10:42 PM
I'm sorry to see that this will be your final image Tigerhawk, if you need to talk about any issue you have you can always contact me through email. It is a shame because you do put a lot of work into your images, always experimenting with creating a new effect like the previous image you have posted where you really worked in a nice translucent effect in the clothing. I do hope this image meets with your satisfaction, and I will comment further once it is finished. Take as long as you like on this final image! (secretly hoping you will not finish and move onto a new image?so you can stay forever and ever...)

I really enjoy the way you did the stars.. with the rings around them.. and then the pretty reflections in the water~

mazilwolf @ Wednesday, April 6th 2005, 7:41 AM
this is a beautiful picture. the moon is loverly and so is its hazy reflection on the water. the stars are swwet and the unicorn has some dooted on its body, suggesting it could be an imaginitive constallation, that, i love. the clouds at the top are wonderful and wispy soft. it all looks so mysterious! and ther suggestion of light on the cliff/ mountain os good too. it reminds me of the lake district in a way, and boy do i miss that place! ^__^ great job!

The Blue Sorceress @ Sunday, June 5th 2005, 6:52 PM
First of all, I love the background on this picture. It's superb. Second, the unicorn-pegasus is also verrah nice. For some reason it reminds me of the unicorn from "The Last Unicorn" when she was trapped in the witch's travelling circus. The horns look similar, I think. Great job!

Yay you finished it! I love those hair beads? and furry things. she looks really mean...*whimper* She's got such pretty hair, and the highlighting on it looks really nice. I love her eyes, they look soo cool with all the blues and the greens and the blending and....yeah, I think you get the point. I really only noticed that her mouth seems odd. I think it's too flat at the bottom, and the little fangs just seem to stick out of nowhere. Her nose could be bigger, or just have more of a catlike shape to it. Other than that, she looks really good, and so does the BG. It's all green and prettyful.

Prismatic @ Monday, April 4th 2005, 2:13 AM

Not to nitpick, but this image, in comparison to your others, seems messy and rushed, and a tad unfinished.
Also, 47 minutes may be over the minimum time limit, but with the quality of this particular image, I think more time should be spent.
You could, to make thi sbetter, add detail and shading to the tail, and do some more highllighting and shading on the feathers (?) around the face.
It's a nice design, though. Just needs a touch up.

Not many people choose to draw tigers... especially on such a large canvas. They can be pretty tricky. I love the way this came out, and all the ornaments you put around its head. Tigerhawk @ Wednesday, May 25th 2005, 8:48 PM
I really like the coloring on the hair. I shouldtry that sometime ^^ The background is something new, the clouds look very spiffy and I like the way you did the plants. very cool.

The Blue Sorceress @ Wednesday, May 25th 2005, 10:58 PM
I like the colors on this, and the background. She seems very cheerful ^__________^

Psychoferret @ Thursday, May 26th 2005, 1:10 AM
It's so cheerful! I like it. I really like your style. It's so cartoony and cute!

Little Elf @ Thursday, May 26th 2005, 8:32 PM
Wow, you're really good at cel-shading! It's so pretty! Her face is so cute, and the way you colored her hair is gorgeous! I love here eyes though, they just looks so nice. I love those earrings too, so shiny!

Renmazuo @ Thursday, May 26th 2005, 10:10 PM
I dig your coloring style!*D*This was the right time to come back here at this board it seemd:3*takes notes*

Segzhan @ Friday, May 27th 2005, 12:52 PM
Wahh.. I can't believe you can't color with solids so perfectly too... o.o..

Freak Show @ Tuesday, May 31st 2005, 10:41 AM
0_0 I love how nicley it's outlined. I never seem to get my lines straight, but I only have a mouse... -_-;;

Ashi @ Tuesday, May 31st 2005, 10:50 PM
Um.. yeah.. I did this entirely with a mouse, so I'm sure you can too. :)

Arshes @ Wednesday, June 1st 2005, 10:03 PM
She's so cute! ^-^ Great job on this, especially drawing with a mouse.. Much better than my lines tend to be(I use a mouse, too) She's just so cute ^---^

Arisu @ Saturday, June 4th 2005, 11:39 AM
Ooh solids! I love solids. Wonderful expression and contrasting shading.

I guess he deserves it... Poor thing...

Felt like doing a fanart of this webcomic for a while, and now is the time, I guess. Klo Tark dies, and today's the third anniversary of the comic..

...Please, someone tell me I'm not the only "Dominic Deegan" reader here.

Oh, BTW, the thing in the background is the Storm of Souls.

;o; I have never read it, I'm afraid.

I love zer colour of his face. :3 Makes me think of a slushie... >.> *sidles off to the freezer to see if there are any ice pop things stored away*

Segzhan @ Tuesday, May 24th 2005, 1:33 PM

This pic is now on the official site of the webcomic! o.o

Ashi @ Wednesday, May 25th 2005, 2:39 AM
I like the face mask! Interesting picture, especially with the title in there. I like his eye.. very stylized. :) Awesome work!

Renmazuo @ Thursday, May 26th 2005, 10:23 PM
Never readden it;_;
Interesting background!I think i see some evil faces, ne?The colors on the character make an interesting contrast with the black and white under them^_^

The Blue Sorceress @ Wednesday, June 1st 2005, 11:25 PM
I've never read Dominic Deegan, so I can't really comment on the accuracy of your drawing to the original character, but this is pretty nice over all. I like the folds in his scarf-thing and the details in the background, whatever they are.

My last picture was a disaster, so I deleted it and started again with a different size canvas and a better idea of what I wanted to do. It's the same guy, a few years older. I decided on a slightly different style. I'm more or less happy with how this came out, but any advice on things I could improve is more than welcome.

Renmazuo @ Thursday, May 26th 2005, 10:04 PM
Maybe his face is a bit too long, i'm talking about the sone that goes from the top of the nose to the chin...but that could be just meXD
I really like how you color, you have a really painterly style, wich is kinda hard to achieve with oekaki, at least for meO_o

The Blue Sorceress @ Friday, May 27th 2005, 1:58 AM
Renmauzou: You are right, now that I am looking at it. He is supposed to have a pretty long face, but it does look like a bit much now that I am not in the middle of drawing it. Thanks for commenting :)

Segzhan @ Friday, May 27th 2005, 12:19 PM
Hey, nice one! I like your coloring a lot!

Chinh @ Wednesday, June 1st 2005, 11:07 AM
I like the way you draw faces and the eyes looks awsome, and the shadings looks great, but I think you should practice some more on the lineart...
and I know I used to do this before too...use antialias to make the lineart look a lil better...but I still think it would look a lot better if you try to spend more time on the lineart and not rush through it...and since you use the animated version you can re-touch and stuff....all about patience I guess...you're doing a great job, so keep up the good work ;)

Aah! what happened to my drawing?! Not AGAIN *cries* Help? ;_;

Kern @ Tuesday, May 31st 2005, 10:49 PM
what is wrong?

Arshes @ Tuesday, May 31st 2005, 11:21 PM
This isn't my image - it's the image that was last posted when I went in to draw. I have a screenshot of mine where I was, though. I'm a bit paranoid after my devil computer in computer based images class ^^;

Totenmaske @ Wednesday, June 1st 2005, 1:54 AM
I tried looking for the image you tried posting, but was gobbled up by the board, but can't seem to find any trace of it. Do you have the latest version of Java?

Well, my second attempt at PaintBBS went WAY better than the first one!

I think i'll use that program from now.

mazilwolf @ Wednesday, May 11th 2005, 11:36 AM
ahhg! i think spiders are creepy! thats so weidly realistic looking! *shudders* im glad its only a picture... its very good though...

Chinh @ Thursday, May 12th 2005, 4:38 PM
[/no] *luvs paintBBS* \(^__^)/ and your piccy is awsome =D I agree with mazi...looks like a real one... =X *shivers* and the blade looks good also, the with outline around it has given it a good effect =D nya!! XD such a cool piccy!

Segzhan @ Thursday, May 12th 2005, 5:08 PM
Thanks, I just love spiders and tarentulas, so it made it easy for me. ^_^

I maybe do another one, but with a wasp base instead of a spider.. I llove wasps, too.. Wasps are so full of feminity.. Just like spiders. ^_^

Sumi @ Sunday, May 15th 2005, 12:25 PM
I am deathly afraid of spiders, but I like this. XD You got the *shudder* furry feel very nicely. I'll look forward to your wasp. =3

Ashi @ Thursday, May 19th 2005, 1:58 AM
Oooh! I like this one. The spider part of the body is especially excellent. The dark background goes well with it and the way you outlined the character in a lighter gray makes her stand out even more. Very good!

Little Elf @ Thursday, May 26th 2005, 8:35 PM
Spider! *dies* I dun like them very much...but, the picture is still nice! The spider part looks really good...and hairy... XD, and her human half looks nice as well. Her hair is nice, and I like that knife(?) she's holding.

Arshes @ Tuesday, May 31st 2005, 10:36 PM
Ooh, drider! great job on the spider half, it looks great! Her chest looks a bit too high, but that could just be me.. Other than that, great job!
