Drowkaki was finally upgraded to Poteto 5.1 then to Wax Poteto. A much needed upgrade after so many years without change and with all these bugs plaguing us. We had to trash our custom MODS but it seem that wax poteto include some of the stuff we had. Avatar(go in your profile) and picture uploading. It also come with some new features as well. The most important one is to be able to re-touch everything, including SHI-PAINTER pictures , non animated oekaki and uploaded stuff. I'm sorry we didn't do this upgrade sooner. Now the board is pretty much lifeless, but i hope now that approving new accountsl became optional, that some life will return around here on this fantasy-only oekaki board.

I love that moon. Tho' the only thing really bothering me about this picture is the facial profile. I used to have alot of trouble with drawing a side view of people too, and even now find it one of the more difficult things to work on. The one thing I think that would make the profile look a little better is add more curve and prominence. Give the forehead some curve, make the nose protrude a little further out, things like that. That being said, I love her sense of style, its just too cute. You could always try looking at a photo of somebody in profile to make sure you're getting things right.

I used my voice commands to paint it. It was a huge job; like telling a robot how to paint. Very hard. So, I don't know if I can draw people with it. All it will do is go right and left and up and down. I'm not sure if I can get it to really draw. But I might be able to paint with it a little. Anyhow, it was a challenge. Maybe it can draw a square or abstract people. Like most of the others, I'll probably play around with it off and on...but it's 'done' for now. Thanks for the help (yet again) Star! So...Ruoko. Yeah. His 'contemplation' merits a bit of back story... The red stone that he is holding is called a Key Stone. When it's set into a sentient creature, it opens a Gate (in the body of the host) between worlds and holds it open - thus playing the roles of both key and keystone. (Please note: being a Gate is extremely painful and dangerous.) You may have noticed (if you watched the animation) that Ruoko has a black Key Stone set in his left shoulder. Key Stones start out red (like blood) which is considered a pure color - but over time, the stones darken and eventually turn black, closing their Gates (and sometimes killing them). Another little bit of explanation for the way Ruoko looks... "Demons" are born when an Elf commits an unforgivable sin. The Elf's hands are darkened, as well as his eyes and the tips of his ears. These marks are an outward sign of the Elf's guilt. That's also why Ruoko wears nothing but black... He's still mourning for the crime he committed.
