Drowkaki was finally upgraded to Poteto 5.1 then to Wax Poteto. A much needed upgrade after so many years without change and with all these bugs plaguing us. We had to trash our custom MODS but it seem that wax poteto include some of the stuff we had. Avatar(go in your profile) and picture uploading. It also come with some new features as well. The most important one is to be able to re-touch everything, including SHI-PAINTER pictures , non animated oekaki and uploaded stuff. I'm sorry we didn't do this upgrade sooner. Now the board is pretty much lifeless, but i hope now that approving new accountsl became optional, that some life will return around here on this fantasy-only oekaki board.

Yeah... It isn't finished.. and is adult because He doesn't ahve any clothes yet... I wanted to draw the body first before I drew the clothes... I needed the practice... so yeah...

mrkaz @ Thursday, August 10th 2006, 9:26 PM
looks slightly like he is dancing and its making me laugh. good so far! wondering what it look like when complete~

Anna Sophia @ Thursday, August 17th 2006, 10:57 AM
?_? Maybe he is dancing while singing in the shower? It's coming along nicely...but if he's gonna be that skinny, maybe a little less on the chest? *shrugs and skitters away*

Jennifer, The Blue Narian @ Monday, September 4th 2006, 5:30 PM
Very nice start. I like the line quality. Only thing looks a tad off is his right arm and hand... the one he's got on his hip. The hand looks a touch to small and maybe the forarm is a touch to short compaired to his left one. It's not bad at all though. Something that may not even be that noticable once you color it.

This picture is based off a rp I did with a friend of mine. She is basically me in humanoid unicorn form. I couldn't think of any outfit to draw for her.. so I gave her a simple one... Enjoy all!

LunarMnM2004 @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 8:10 AM
I did this with my tablet... yeah... lol.

AnimeCanuck @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 8:25 AM
Cuuute! I like how the horn is actually twirly! It's nice and different. I thought she was a Mink before I noticed it (like Minerva Mink of Animaniacs). Really pretty, and nice soft shading. I like this muchly! ^_^
Did you see the Unicorn I drew below somewhere?

LunarMnM2004 @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 8:37 AM
Yeah I just saw it! I commented!

AnimeCanuck @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 8:57 AM
Oh wow! There's even a reflection of the moon in the water! I didn't notice that before. Great detail! ^^ (and thanks)

LunarMnM2004 @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 9:01 AM
LOL thanks glad you like the detail... I normally don't take so much time.. and stuff.. but... I guess I felt like ti today...
Glad you enjoy it. I might have to draw her again... I like the way she looks.. maybe with more clothes? lol.

Jennifer @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 11:55 AM
She is so cute and pretty. She reminds me of the character Acorna. *tweaks her ears* Cute. The background in this is very nice. I like those trees. The leaves and trunks are very well shaded and have a realistic look and depth to them.

catboi incubus mishi @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 4:32 PM
More time is better, in my opinion! This looks wonderful, you should really try taking more time like this more often. ;] I love the hair on both her head and tail, it's really soft looking. (: It seems kind of weird that everything's tilted, almost like someone took a photo by tilting the camera. O: I love the moon, and if I HAD to find something to complain about, it would be her hand - I'm of course, a HandNazi, so pay me no mind, she only has three fingers (and a thumb, because technically, your thumb isn't a finger). D: Wow, I just love ther shading on her belly, it really makes it look realistic. :D

LunarMnM2004 @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 5:31 PM
The pinky is hidden behind her other fingers <shifty eyes> Truthfully though.. I suck at drawing hands... next time I will do better.. I hope hehe.

AnimeCanuck @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 6:28 PM
Actually, I can barely make out the pinky.

Hmm... I'd love to see another picture of her. If you're going to draw her again (with more clothes on) how about drawing her wearing some flowing robes from the Elizabethan era? Prettyful clothes, them Elizabethan's had. Prettyful indeed... ^_^

Rigga Mortis @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 7:06 PM
Hmm. Not bad. :D Tablets can be a bit tricky at first, but you look like you've got a good hang of it. Her face is pretty, and I like the way her hair and tail curls and flicks out. She looks like she'd almost be cold, though, with those skimpy clothes. :O

HuntressD @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 8:04 PM
Cute! Though, I'd be careful with those clothes.. you never know when an accident can happen.. and it'd be very embarassing! :D :D I really love the hair, it's so long and shiny. :3 That moon is very cute, and I like the fact that you made it reflect in the water. :3 I think some colors could've been darker considering this is a night scenery. :3 (just a widdle suggesting. ^^; nothing more. *hugs*)

Rasen @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 9:10 PM
Cute! . The background is nice, especially the way light reflects off the trees. One of the roots seems to be floating though. XD
The unicorn-girl has lovely hair, and I like the curls on her tail, and the easy pose. The ripped sleeve is a nice detail, as is the way you've tilted the perspective; more interesting.

Darkrose @ Friday, December 24th 2004, 9:14 PM
hmm, seems to be a lot of those unicorn folks running around here recently. She's very small, which is rather cute, and beautifully done. The landscape is very colorful and stylistic, which is awesome and it looks great. Her eyes seems a little off-center, but that really doesn't bother me too much. The shading is good, and image colorful, and the slightly tilted camera angle makes for a really nice overall effect. Props on a pic well done.

celestial crou @ Saturday, December 25th 2004, 6:49 AM
Cute. Its like a blonde unicorn person thing. Nice sky and BG. THough the water is a little odd. i thik you added too much white in its reflection or the moons light. The character has wonderful shading and highlighting. Sweetness!

TigerHawk @ Monday, December 27th 2004, 1:42 AM
Wow, the background came out really good. The reflection is really great. I really like the sky and trees. The corna's tail came out really cool too. you did a really great job on the picture.

Ikena @ Monday, December 27th 2004, 10:20 PM
ah cute!
Love her pose and expression! the bg is pretty too! I love the trees!!

Ghislain WildCat @ Tuesday, December 28th 2004, 8:10 AM
Cute! And cool! We don't get to see that much anthro uncorns around! ^w^

I think her hairstyle's pretty nice too. Very fitting to the character. Oh, and personnaly, I would've elaborated her outfit a bit more... but sometimes simplicity is the best choice. ^w^

kyokurrychan @ Sunday, January 30th 2005, 6:45 AM
awww kawaii neechan. awesome. ilove the trees in the bg a lot too

dorothyblueeyes @ Tuesday, August 22nd 2006, 6:53 AM

Um.. yeah... desided to use my tablet...
I guess I draw ok with it.. I colored this.... and it isn't very good but hey... I think it looks ok...ish.... yeah enjoy! and welcome back Drow KAKI!

Rigga Mortis @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 5:35 AM
Not too bad, but I would say that the colouring is a little sloppy/sketchy, and detracts a little. Welcome back, though. :D I like the mouth and eyes, and that little fairy-thing is cute.

HuntressD @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 5:43 AM
This is a lovely picture. If I may suggest, next time, you should use a larger brush to color, it would smooth the "sketchy" part of the colors. :)

christabel @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 7:01 AM
It looks like you used rully sharp colour pencils to draw this! X3

I'm totally diggin' his lips-- they really add to zer awesomely determined expression he's sportin'. I also veddy much enjoy his collarbone area-- it's quite defined. *nodnod* muy good stuffs.

I just made butterscotch/gingerbread cookies. *offers'm ^^*

Huzzah for Drowkaki being back up!

TigerHawk @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 7:25 AM
I think you should add some color to his skin. He looks so pale without color. but than again hey....i really like how the next is drawn. great collor bone.

Loki @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 7:35 AM
Oooo so sketchy! Reminds me of pencil crayon work...ness...anyways, I love the pastelly colours and the calm expression, well done!

Kamourian King @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 11:10 AM
i love this for the schechy work on it ^^ and useing a tablet for the 1st time is difficult ^^

YourNuubGod @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 12:35 PM
Yes, welcome back. :D I like it. The colors are cool.

AnimeCanuck @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 10:25 PM
I like the scribbly-ness. And the floppy ears. YAY! Welcome back oekaki board! ^^

catboi incubus mishi @ Wednesday, December 22nd 2004, 11:07 PM
Nice elf character. (: This is an interesting change in style, almost like colored pencils. Hah, the ears remind me of my Peter. (: I think her shoulders are a bit thin, yeah. But other than that, nice image. (:

celestial crou @ Thursday, December 23rd 2004, 4:13 AM
The figure is nice. But its all monotone. Nothing jumps out or is defined. The cape is what l like best. its got the folds and general figure a cape has.

Darkrose @ Thursday, December 23rd 2004, 6:02 AM
Hmm... tablets are hard. I could never get mine to work for me, ever. At all. Eventually I gave up and went back to mouse, gives me more control but makes smooth lines virtually impossible to achieve. Is that blush, or glasses? Can't quite tell... it almost looks like a Harry-Potter type character. So I like the character design and concept, I think a little more details and brighter colors would really make this stand out. The sketchiness could work for you if you hone it a little bit, play with it some, do some shading, something to give it that extra edge. Good luck with that! Overall I think it's a good picture, well proportioned and with good composition and expression. Keep it up!

Basil @ Thursday, December 30th 2004, 8:12 PM
I like the sketchiness. >3< But his expression is a little sad for welcoming back Drowkaki! XD I kid. Very nice- Welcome back, Drowkaki!

Kaede @ Saturday, January 22nd 2005, 1:32 AM
Very nice coloring style, I really like how you do that. Its so sketchy and nice, I love the ears too. they are so n ice, as ar ethe lips. This is awesome. =D

kyokurrychan @ Sunday, January 30th 2005, 6:27 AM
lil bit scritchy scratchy, but its still pretty good, neechan. kawaii desu.. i wanna kill the navi like faerie though @_@

Prismatic @ Friday, February 4th 2005, 4:22 AM
I have to agree that it does look like you used really well sharpened colored pencils in this picture.~
I like the color scheme you had going on with his clothes. And, his features are really well drawn. Maybe for a smoother look you could use the smudge tool to try and blend the colors with each other a little more.
