DrowKaki

Drowkaki was finally upgraded to Poteto 5.1 then to Wax Poteto. A much needed upgrade after so many years without change and with all these bugs plaguing us. We had to trash our custom MODS but it seem that wax poteto include some of the stuff we had. Avatar(go in your profile) and picture uploading. It also come with some new features as well. The most important one is to be able to re-touch everything, including SHI-PAINTER pictures , non animated oekaki and uploaded stuff. I'm sorry we didn't do this upgrade sooner. Now the board is pretty much lifeless, but i hope now that approving new accountsl became optional, that some life will return around here on this fantasy-only oekaki board.

Wow.. It's been a while since I've actually drawn anything, so, pardon the rather lack of... creativeness. lol And once again, I've drawn my character, Ryo. I guess I made him a little older looking, but for some odd reason, he turned out looking like Jennifer Aniston. lol Whee. Don't mind the little faeries floating around him, I've been playing Zelda: Majora's mask lately... so.. faeries are on the brain. Probably should have shaded his shirt, a little, but.. oh well. ^_^ I like the little rain effect, even though it looks weird overlapping him some. -shrugs- I dunno... it's been about a month since I attempted any sort of oekaki art. But.. yeah.. Comments are nice.

Oh jeeze...he does looks like Jennifer Aniston. XD That's okay though. Faries are cool, and I think they look neat. The rain looks okay too. I probably wouldn't do those lines again...ya know, the rain like ones overlapping? Yeah, it still looks nice though. I wanna hug him! XD *hugs and runs*

I don't think you need to say you weren't creative, actually the look in his eyes and the atmosphere make this stand out.His lips are gorgeous!And you colored the hair really well.Majora's mask...makes me feel nostalgic, XD

Again, this is very cute, I'll just say that. I really like how you did the shading, especially on the gloves. Yeah, chibi hands are a little hard to draw, but you did good. I also realy like his hair, and how it sticks out a little on one side. Great job! -thumbs up-

I have to agree with everyone else in saying this is too cute. I think I like him better this way.. all chibified.
I have to agree that chibi hands are difficult to do, but the shading you gave to his gloves really does give his fingers definition.
His eyes are super pretty and I like the feathery background about him.

aww, cute! At first I thought it was Cloud from FF7, but now I can see the draco bit. I especially love the texture on the sign, and how you got the words on it to look like they were actually drawn on the sign and not part of the overall picture. Hard to explain, but I think you get the idea... anyways, I love it.

Okay, I'm finally done. The background sucks, but oh flipping well. lol Anyway. 'Tis Draco and Pansy as I said before. It happens to deal with an RP between a friend and I, that's why they look different. -nods- Don't ask about the \"LM\" on Pansy's chest... you don't want to know.

Oh yes, before I forget. Thank you Mishi for giving me a base line art for their mouths. For some odd reason I just can't draw mouths. -pout-

Hmm.. I hadn't gotten to commenting on this page yet, though I keep meaning to. This is really pretty, and a nice loving picture right in time for valentine's day! la.. uh yeah.
The poses are nice, and I really like the softness of this piece. The fish net shirt is really great!~~
I like thier faces and the eyes. very pretty, as well as the makeup. The softness of his hair is really good.
Only suggestion I can think to make is to put some shading in their shirts. It would add a little more depth to the picture~

I'm glad you didn't go with the fairy norm and give her pale skin. She looks lovely with dark skin. It really adds to the contrast between her and her surroundings. Her eye makeup is very original. Very pretty.

It's beautiful! I particularly like the ice mountains in the background, and the rings of jewels around her eyes. You could maybe have adjusted the hairline a bit, it's not quite level with the rest of her features, but I still really like it. It almost looks like it was colored with markers... too cool.

What captures my attention when I look at it is the icy background, it's my favorite part of the drawing, it looks so... icy!! XD I really really love ice.

Oooh, the hair, the hair...everything is so shiny! And that background makes me think sharp, jagged snowed-in mountains. :D Her eyes and the make-up surrounding them are quite vivid, and those lips are lovely. I adore her outfit, mainly the fur-lining, you really mixed blue and yellow well together. Her hair is intriguing, lavender? I can't really tell, but it still looks nice. My only little suggestion would be to give a clean-up to the line-art of her jaw, as the black thickens their noticably, but it's nothing major. :D I like this a lot, it's very wintery.

Hey Kari --

Wow, you got a lot of good contrast in this. The lilac color, dark skin and yellow keep that going. I like that. It makes things pop out, really. Like her eyes, or her lips or the fur collar. Interesting design too -- I love her eyes, they're very 80s fantasy.

The only thing I'd really critique are the wings. They kind of blend with the hair and it took me a while to figure out if they were wings or really part of the cloak.

I must not have noticed this on my previous comment spree, but I'm sorry =3 I really like it. It reminds me somehow of Neopets, which may or may not have been intended. Also, she has dark skin, and I'm sick of the icy archetype things being so pale and white all over. The dark skin suits her. I like the eyes very much too, the bits around them, and how her pupils are so light. Very nice job shading the fur, though it is just a little messy in places. I like her hair, though it could have used just a little bit more definition.
